Schedule an Estimate

Send the address and a short description of what the gate is doing, and we will arrange a time to look at it.

The Request

Name and phone are all the form needs. The address, the gate type and a few words on the problem help us arrive with the right parts in mind.

Received. We will be in touch to arrange a time to look at the gate.

The request did not go through. Please call (407) 413-8623 and we will take it over the phone.

Photos of the gate help. The form takes text only, so after you send it, email the pictures to philip.r@callahangaragedoors.com with your name in the subject line: the whole gate from the street side, the hinges or rollers, and the operator and its control box if there is one.

After the Request Comes In

Every request is read, and we get back to you by phone or email to set a time to come out. If the gate is stuck open or closed, say so in the message or call, so the visit can be planned around it.

At the visit the gate is looked at as a whole: the posts and hinges or the track and rollers, the operator and its settings, the safety devices and the keypad or remotes. You hear what needs fixing, what can wait, and what a repair or a new gate involves before any work starts. The steps of a typical job are set out under Our Process.

Getting Ready for the Visit

None of this is required, but each item saves time once we are standing at the gate. Tick what you already have, then press the button to see what is left.
